We are excited to see you! We appreciate everyone traveling so far to celebrate our special day with us. Please join us for a welcome reception dinner where we can all see one another and enjoy some delicious Thai cuisine.

Attire is casual.

January 11th, 2025

Attire is Dressy Casual (think khakis, collared shirts, and sundresses). Please no all-white or all-black clothing as that is considered bad luck. Keep in mind most if not all wedding events will be outdoors, so please dress comfortably!

Our wedding day will begin early Saturday morning with a trip to a nearby temple to give alms to the monks. After receiving blessings, Leslie and her friends and family will return to the resort while Devin and his friends and family prepare for the Khan Maak.

Please note that the temple will likely have a dress code. You should plan to have your shoulders and knees covered for this portion of the wedding.

8:39 am

The Khan Maak procession, or Groom's procession, will make their way to the resort from the temple.

9:09 am

The Khan Maak parade will arrive to the resort, and Devin will have to make his way through a series of 'gates' to earn the right to ask for Leslie's hand in marriage.

10:09 am

After making his way through the gates, Devin and Leslie will come together to conduct the Bai Sii Su Kwan, or Binding Ceremony.

At some point in the ceremony there will be an opportunity for guests to participate. Everyone is welcome to extend blessings and well wishes by tying a piece of thread on the bride's and groom's wrist. There will be someone to help guide you through the process, should you wish to participate.

11:30 am

Once all the blessings and well wishes have been given from the Bai Sii Su Kwan ceremony, we will all eat lunch together.

After lunch, there will be a break in festivities until 4:30pm. During this time you are free to do as you wish! If you'd like to explore the town, please reference the 'Things to Do' tab.

We will reconvene and take pictures with all of our guests. Please feel free to capture pictures of your own!

After pictures, we will kick off our evening reception with dinner. There will even be an opportunity to learn how to cook certain Thai dishes!
